I am a master’s student studying flight behavior and performance of large seabirds (Procellariiformes). Large seabirds have an amazing flight performance. They fly thousands of kilometers with extremely effortless soaring flight gaining energy from the wind. I am investigating the mechanism of seabird soaring flight and how they actually fly in the wild by recording fine-scale movement of soaring bird using bio-logging method.
